You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:
a) send your entry by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address:

b) hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;
c) include with your entry the following information (all details must match the details on your account):
i) the name or details of the competition you wish to enter;
ii) your full name;
iii) your address;
iv) a contact telephone number and email address; and
v) your answer to the Competition Question (if there is one).
d) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
e) you may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
f) by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
g) your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw;
h) the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct;
i) if the number of entries received reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.

How instant wins work

Instant-win prizes not won by closing remain unawarded. There is no closing draw or additional end prize.
Free postal entry
No purchase is necessary. Send each entry separately by first or second class post to LottoX, 98–100 Dickson Road, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 2BU. Include the exact competition name, your full name, postal address, registered account email address and telephone number, plus the answer to any competition question if applicable. Details must match your customer account. Hand-delivered entries are not accepted. Entries must arrive before closing and before the entry cap is reached. The same 10-entry customer limit applies.

How is the winner selected?
All eligible paid and free/postal entries are included in one pool with an equal chance of selection. After closing, the pool is frozen and hashed before cryptographically secure, bias-safe random selection creates a tamper-evident audit record.

How do I enter a competition?
Choose a competition, answer the competition question, select the number of tickets you would like and follow the on-screen instructions to pay. Please note any maximum ticket limit shown on the competition. Once payment is complete, we will email your entry confirmation and ticket numbers.

Where is my purchase email?
Your confirmation email and ticket numbers normally arrive within 10–15 minutes. During exceptionally busy periods this can take a little longer. Please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us if it has not arrived.
Where can I see my entries?
Select the account icon at the top of the website and sign in. Your My Account area shows both current and previous competition entries.
How do I edit my details?
Select the account icon, sign in and open Account details in the My Account menu. You can update your personal details there.
How will I know if I win?
We will contact the winner by telephone or email, normally within seven days of the competition closing. Please keep your contact details up to date. If we cannot reach a winner within the period stated in our terms, another winner may be selected.
Can anyone enter a competition?
Unless a competition says otherwise, entrants must be aged 18 or over and live in an eligible territory stated in our terms. Employees, agents, suppliers and their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
If I win, do I have to appear in promotional material?
No. Promotional participation is not compulsory. With your permission, we may share your win on our website or social channels. We may still need to provide winner information to a regulator to demonstrate that a competition was administered fairly.
Can I get a refund on my entries?
Competition entry fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our full terms and conditions.
How do I use a coupon?
Apply your discount code or coupon at checkout. The coupon box appears near the top of the checkout page rather than in the basket.
